A leading international manufacturing company is searching for an experienced sales professional with a talent for training to join them as the Sales Training and Development Manager. In this position, you will improve the skills of sales professionals within a major international organisation.

Sales Training and Development Manager
フィールドセールスの経験要
Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver training and learning initiatives for sales, based on the overall sales talent development strategy and annual training plan
* Identify the urgent or emerging capability building needs in sales; engage and align with sales management and develop/execute training or other learning initiatives to tackle them.
* Lead the development and deployment of learning initiatives to strengthen the skill and knowledge of target employees by aligning with their line managers on content and approach

Requirements:

* Field sales experience in medical technology or a similar field
* Coaching skill
* Strong sales skills
* Moderate English proficiency (ability to read and write in English)
