【950万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
Senior Regional Manager @ global IT company
* Work closely with APAC GM to implement and execute strategic plans and financial forecasts for the Japan region
* Understand existing channels and motivate them to expand product penetration
* Develop new channel and key accounts
* Cultivate positive working relationships with the company's partners
* Assist in providing direction and goal collaboration with other sales team members and management
* Ensure compliance with business standards and practices
Requirements:
* A BA in business, marketing or similar field preferred
* 8+ years' sales experience in the software or high tech industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A strong customer focus and proven sales track record
* Experience working with CRM applications
