Reporting to the Country Head, this position will prepare and maximise sales and profit budgets for all retail distribution channels throughout Japan. The ideal applicant will have a strong financial and analytical base plus experience working in an international business.

Top-rate consumer goods company seeks Head of Retail professional
* Prepare and present to management annual sales and expense budge
* Translate budget into a comprehensive plan, considering promotional activity and retail distribution channel requirements
* Manage activities to analyse and interpret market trends
* Implement and manage activities surrounding the planning of annual promotional calendar
* Communicate with marketing and product management
* Perform ongoing analysis and interpretation of profitable return on space
Requirements:
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* 5-10 years' experience in area/retail management with a proven track record of success
* A university degree
* Experience creating, executing, and measuring the success of promotional and marketing strategy across retail channels, including visual merchandising strategy
* Strong English skills (TOEIC 700+)
