- A law firm is currently seeking an Accountant (Cashier & Accounts Assistant) to join their team and perform such wide ranging tasks as processing receipts, handling cash, and completing period-end activities. The ideal applicant has prior experience working in an accounting/finance dept. and strong proficiency in Excel.

【300万円～400万円】Responsibilities:
Accountant @ global law firm
* Record and process cash receipts (Tokyo & Seoul)
* Communicate with lawyers and secretaries regarding 3rd party payments in consultation with the financial controller
* Confirm daily bank balance
* Check and prepare journal entries for deposit interest for office and client accounts
* Handle petty cash
* Check employee expense claims
Requirements:
* Prior experience working in an accounting/finance dept.; experience working in a law firm or professional services firm preferred but not required
* Highly detail oriented
* Strong numeracy skills, i.e., good at computing and analysing
* Strong overall written and spoken communication skills
* Experience identifying potential breaches in the company's policies and business risks
* Workable business level English (TOEIC 780+) and native level Japanese
* Boki grade 3 a plus but not essential
