- A hospital and healthcare group is searching for an experience General Ledger Accountant to join its team and assist with all financial and accounting activities while providing business management support and analysis to the functional areas of the organization. Strong ERP (Oracle) experience is a requirement for this role.

【350万円～450万円】Responsibilities:
General Ledger Accountant role at medical services company
* Assist with all financial and accounting activities in Japan including the timely preparation, maintenance, and development of financial statements to satisfy management reporting both internally and externally
* Assist with planning, budgeting, and forecasting activity to meet internal and external deadlines
* Deliver information to the financial manager and senior financial controller, Japan management team and Asia regional office as required
* Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable schedule and recordings
* Assist in reviewing and driving change in the internal business and financial control processes to ensure effective internal controls and achieve industry best practices
Requirements:
* Basic understanding of the principles of financial and internal control processes
* Experience in the service industry as an accountant preferred but not essential
* Profound knowledge and experience operating ERP and reporting systems is essential (Oracle and Cognos experience a plus)
* Boki level 3 or above
* Native level Japanese and advanced business level English
