A global manufacturer is searching for an experienced Key Account Manager to join its team and develop account strategies, identify customer needs, and work closely with other members of the organisation in and outside of Japan.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute account strategy
* Achieve yearly sales targets
* Identify customer needs and transformation opportunities
* Organize sales activities, e.g., demos, seminars
* Act as local key account manager, working closely with other members of the organization

Requirements:

* At least 5 years' work experience in sales (automotive industry advantageous)
* Premium brand selling experience
* Multicultural work experience
* PC proficiency
* Native level Japanese; business level English
* Permission to work in Japan
