A multinational energy organization is seeking a professional with legal and regulatory knowledge to join them as the Regulatory Compliance Specialist. In this position, the successful candidate will complete regulatory and legal documentation for an expanding international energy group.
仕事内容
【650万円～800万円】
Regulatory Compliance Specialist
・Coordinate and complete all government, regulatory and compliance documents
Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and complete all government, regulatory and compliance documents for all of the business units
* Quickly learn relevant industry, legal and regulatory information; apply knowledge to specific issues or situations
* Discern which issues and complaints require internal or external legal counsel in order to be properly resolved
* Implement legal and regulatory requirements to business units, working together with internal departments
* Complete research of legal and regulatory requirements for existing and new markets

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business or another related area of study
* Ability to research state laws/regulatory rules and requirements using the internet and other resources
* Experience using standard office equipment; PC knowledge in a Windows-based operating system; MS Office and web based application experience
* Ability to understand and interpret legal and regulatory requirement
* Bilingual English/Japanese skills
