* Acquire sales proactively
* Implement sales promotion activities
* Develop plans for new customer acquisition
* Motivate and retain staff
* Optimize store space
Requirements:
* A high school degree
* Japanese and English proficiency preferred
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales with managerial responsibilities of at least 2 years
* Experience in the leather goods industry essential
* Experience in the fashion industry preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
