A logistics company is seeking an experienced professional to join them in the role of HR Senior Manager. Leveraging your ability to manage talent and collaborate with other management team members, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational support to the operation and freight management department.

＊HRBPの経験、人材開発業務経験必須
Responsibilities:

* Provide both strategic and operational support to the operation and freight management department
* Collaborate actively with the global HR team to implement global HR initiatives and strategies

Requirements:

* Strong leadership skills - ability to collaborate with others and handle complex situations
* Previous experience in talent and people management
* HR business partnering experience within a multinational company is a must
* Some travel required
* Ability to speak and write business level English is a must
