As HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will provide both operational and strategic HR support to line manager and employees within your own accounts within the APAC region. Applicants with 3 years' strategic HR business partnering experience at an international company will be given strong preference.

HR Business Partner role at dynamic international company
* Maximize people capability and organizational effectiveness through expert consultation and coaching
* Conduct proactive assessment and identification of people issues via solution-oriented data, trend and scenario analysis
* Guide managers through the annual performance cycle
* Identify learning needs and facilitate targeted development trainings
* Manage issue intake, investigation, path to resolution, and communication to minimize risk, protect the culture, and retain employee trust
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' strategic HR business partnering experience at an international company in Japan
* Regional (APAC) HR experience is essential
* A BA or MA
* Excellent communication skills
* A proven track record of developing strong relationships
* English and Japanese fluency
