募集背景
Outstanding opportunity to join a global online services company in an HR Business Partner role. As HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will provide both operational and strategic HR support to line manager and employees within your own accounts within the APAC region. Applicants with 3 years' strategic HR business partnering experience at an international company will be given strong preference.
仕事内容
【Negotiable based on experience】
HR Business Partner role at dynamic international company
Responsibilities:

* Maximize people capability and organizational effectiveness through expert consultation and coaching
* Conduct proactive assessment and identification of people issues via solution-oriented data, trend and scenario analysis
* Guide managers through the annual performance cycle
* Identify learning needs and facilitate targeted development trainings
* Manage issue intake, investigation, path to resolution, and communication to minimize risk, protect the culture, and retain employee trust

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years' strategic HR business partnering experience at an international company in Japan
* Regional (APAC) HR experience is essential
* A BA or MA
* Excellent communication skills
* A proven track record of developing strong relationships
* English and Japanese fluency
