Global advertising firm seeking Finance Manager
* Monitor invoicing of jobs, in the context of the monthly revenue forecast
* Partner with and advise the Managing Director on financial, costing and other issues that have short and long-term impact of the respective group entities
* Ensure proper financial resource allocation to meet company objectives
* Prepare and control salary budgets include any vacancies and pay rises
* Monitor on a monthly basis both client profitability and utilization of staff using management information tools
Requirements:
* Experience from a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus; MBA or CPA is preferred
* Strong financial and accounting knowledge
* Proven ability to lead a small team and take initiative on the goals and objectives of the group
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
* PC skill proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
