募集背景: A leading global consumer goods company is recruiting a National Sales Director in Tokyo. In this senior role you will strengthen and accelerate market share growth in Japan while consistently introducing innovative products and services to the market.

National Sales Director @ global company
Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire professional hair cosmetics business
* Develop a growth strategy for the business and create a stronger presence in the market by collaborating with GM
* Manage customer relationship and influencer to develop best in class positioning in the market
* Develop the sales strategies together with Planning head and Marketing Head to further penetrate into the market
* Develop the education strategies and services together with PPS Head Planning head to gain stronger emotional bonding

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, and commerce
* Fluency in English
* Solid business experience at major FMCG companies with strong potential to assume a general manager role in a multinational company
* Sales management or operational experience with deep customer interaction is needed
* Strong drive to lead the local organisation
