- A multinational automotive manufacturer is searching for a talented account management professional with business language skills in both Japanese and English to join them as the Marine Engine Account Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will develop a plan to improve processes within a marine engine account.

In this role, the successful candidate will develop a plan to improve processes within a marine engine account.Responsibilities:
* Develop an account plan (volume & activity); get approval from market leaders and achieve these targets
* Improve GP based on targets agreed with market leader (negotiate price increases with OEMs)
* Minimize aged stock and/or all kinds of inventory (improve cash flow)
* Continuously improve the process with necessary coordination among all stakeholders to minimize unnecessary/repeated work and mistakes
* Perform all necessary coordination among stakeholders to achieve business (get, certify engines, etc.)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Account management experience
* Communication skills
* Business Japanese/English
