Reporting to the Global Compensation & Benefits VP, you will educate, advise, share market intelligence, and design compensation and benefits programs for all local employees.

8年以上の同様の経験、および3年以上のマネジメント経験要
* Build understanding of the market-based management principles and compensation philosophy
* Act as a consultant to internal HR business partners and business leaders
* Manage the design and implementation of compensation and benefits solutions and programs that meet business and organization needs
* Manage the compensation and benefit team for the region, as well as establish roles, responsibilities, and expectations
* Measure performance and provide feedback on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or other related study
* 8+ years of experience in in compensation & benefits with demonstrated skills in applying the principles, concepts, and techniques of compensation and benefits analysis are required; 3+ years of people management experience required
* HR experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
* Hands on experience with SAP and online job evaluation systems is preferred
* Experience conducting market C&B surveys
