* Accountable for all stages of an opportunity, from lead generation to alignment with the overall account strategy owned by the account manager
* Work together with account teams to ensure solutions provided enhance customer satisfaction
* Recognize client needs and propose solutions
* Serve as an expert in the customers' business workflow, providing domain expertise relative to solution propositions
