【1100万円～1300万円】Responsibilities:
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial services company as Compliance Analyst AVP.
* Communicate developments in relation to compliance issues impacting management and operations
* Adhere to contractual provisions and regulatory requirements, agreements, etc.
* Drive the development, implementation, review and revision of policies and procedures
* Perform timely monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual client reporting
* Collaborate with peers in the APAC region on various projects
Requirements:
* A university education or higher; law degree preferred
* 7+ years' experience with an investment management firm preferred
* 5+ years' experience in a compliance function preferred
* Strong project management skills
* Prior experience with the Financial Services Agency (FSA), Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC), Japan Investment Advisors Association (JIAA), Investment Trust Association Japan (JITA), and Japan Securities Dealers Association (JSDA) a plus
