* Oversee the design/procurement, development and delivery of high impact leadership which includes QU, functional and technical development learning solutions
* Communicate strategies and provide direction to the team on work priorities and performance expectations; provide regular coaching and feedback check-ins related to performance and development
* Develop communication and marketing strategies to raise awareness and educate employees about leadership and professional development offerings
* Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, processes and tools; evolve them as necessary to meet changing needs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology or a related field
* 10+ years' progressive human resources training and development experience
