As Business Development Manager you will develop strategic alliances with key customers while defining business priorities and supporting senior management.

* Develop new strategic alliances with key customers
* Leverage the J-OEM business from regions outside of Japan to grow business in Japan
* Develop and negotiate new business contracts with Tier 1 customers and/or J-OEMs
* Analyse and understand customers' business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities, etc.
* Define business priorities through a broad vision of market and technology needs
* Support senior management in evaluating key personnel
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business
* Account management and/or business development experience within the automotive interior or automotive textile/leather industries
* Ability to build and grow a team
* Written and spoken fluency in Japanese and English
