＊10年以上のHRBPまたはHRゼネラリストとしての経験必須
* Support the execution and delivery of efficient and effective HR solutions
* Drive performance excellence, ensuring that goal-setting, follow up performance reviews and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
* Identify key organizational issues, change management needs and appropriate HR levers to maximize current and future organization performance
* Ensure compliance with local laws; ensure audit readiness for the company from a HR perspective
* Act as the primary point of contact for leaders, providing expertise and guidance in the areas of performance management, culture and change management, coaching, talent assessment and organizational operations
Requirements:
* BA/BS in business administration or MBA in human resources management/organizational behaviour/development or a related field
* 10-12 years' experience as HRBP or generalist role in a professional or IT services firm preferred
* Experience working within a global organization; ability to work in a matrix global environment with stakeholders
