Develop and execute sales plans, including sales budget and forecast

* Understand and promote the company's products to potential and existing customers
* Report key findings in English to the business team and stakeholders
* Create and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and supply chain players
Requirements:
* A BA or MA (preferably in a scientific field)
* Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 860+)
* Sales engineer experience
* Results-driven
* Prior professional experience working at a non-Japanese company
* Excellent leadership skills
