Complete spoken and written Japanese fluency and the ability to effectively communicate with senior management are required for this role.

USGAAPの知識・経験必須

* Provide accounting, audit, and taxation support to all entities under area of responsibility
* Monitor company tax obligations based on local tax regulations
* Create and maintain documentation related to internal controls for requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
* Develop and manage relationships with local banks
* Coordinate audit efforts with internal and external auditors
* Take the lead on ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
* Spoken and written Japanese fluency
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to interact with senior management and functional peers
* Experience with SAP preferred
* Experience with US GAAP required
* A BA in accounting (plus CPA equivalent qualification required)
