Strong communication skills and Excel proficiency will serve you well in this position.

FP&Aマネージャー＠外資系化学メーカー
5年以上のFP&A業務経験必須
MBA, CFA, CPAホルダー歓迎
* Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process
* Prepare financial, budgetary, and forecasting reporting
* Provide detailed analysis on reports
* Lead forecast updates; conduct timely reviews with explanations of forecast changes and variance vs actual
* Provide financial support to decision making in production, R&D, commercial, and administration functions
Requirements:
* 5+ years' FP&A experience in a multinational company (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
* Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* An MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent is advantageous
