* Manage a team of professional across multiple disciplines, ensuring bank policies and procedures are met while building moral and high performance among team members
* Define country communications and marketing activities to promote understanding of the bank and its values among new and existing employees as well as all of the bank's stakeholders
* Partner globally to help create marketing and corporate affairs programs in support of the bank and its business activities
* Work closely with peers on the country leadership team to help grow the Japan business
Requirements:
* Exceptional track record of management within a multinational financial services organization
* A proven track record of advancement, leadership and business success with the ability to design and execute Japan-appropriate communications and marketing strategies
* In-house experience in investment banking communications
* Business driven with strong financial acumen
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Exceptional writing skills, preferably in both English and Japanese
