* Develop, implement, and maintain effective recruitment systems, performance management systems, rewards systems, and training and development programs
* Work with management to formulate a succession plan for key positions
* Serve as an active member of the plant management team
* Provide expert employment and career counselling
* Develop and implement internal protocols and procedures
Requirements:
* A BA; MA preferred
* 12+ years' related HR experience with increasing responsibility
* 5+ years' experience as a manager
* Experience in the automotive/manufacturing environment preferred
* English fluency
* High business level - Native level Japanese
