Recruiting position @ A healthcare group
* 1-3 years' recruiting or recruitment market experience
* Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical research candidates
* Develop and implement direct sourcing activities in support of the clinical research recruitment strategy
* Manage the social media communications calendar; drive engagement through unique storytelling
* Establish and maintain open communication with managers in order to determine recruiting needs
* Train and orientate supervisors and employees with respect to recruitment marketing and EVP
Requirements:
* 1-3 years' recruiting or recruitment market experience
* Creativity and comfort with internet job boards, social networks, event-based recruitment and other direct channels
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Native level Japanese; fluent English
