An information services company is searching for an experienced Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage, retain, and grow revenue
* Establish strong, long-term customer relationships
* Develop and execute a growth-centric account plan and own overall strategy for growth
* Collaborate with the account team and/or other business units
* Track customer activity in internal systems
* Provide customer product training
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' sales/account management experience
* Native level Japanese and English proficiency
* Experience selling enterprise software solutions
* Strong presentation and communication skills
