- A multinational research group is searching for a strong communicator with an interest in emerging technologies to join them as a Client Engagement Manager. In this role, you will manage client inquiries, providing advice and recommending new content as appropriate.

【500万円ー600万円】顧客管理・クライアントエンゲージメントマネージャーResponsibilities:
* Direct and facilitate client inquiries to the appropriate research analyst members and follow up on completed inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
* Facilitate meetings between company analysts and clients to help build client relationships
* Provide advice and training to clients on how best to work with the company
* Work with account management and research teams to identify clients who may need or benefit from added guidance on the effective use of the company's offerings
* Call or email subscribers to encourage usage and/or to offer product demonstrations and training
* Produce and analyse client usage reports to identify subscribers with low usage and contact them to encourage use
* Proactively recommend new content to subscribers
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with internal sales and research staff as well as external clients
* Intellectual curiously regarding emerging technology and its impact on business and society
* Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of CRM is an advantage
