- A multinational professional services group is searching for a HR Specialist. This position involves payroll related tasks as well as a variety of HR administration activities.

人事スペシャリスト@外資系ビジネスサービスカンパニー
人事労務経験者
日本語ネイティブ、ビジネスレベルの英語
* Provide HR admin support to all Japan employees
* Support and assist HR partners with day to day issues and projects
* Conduct tasks related to all payroll processes including time and attendance system related activities
* Be the first point of contact for all payroll and benefits queries
* Coordinate and administrate new hire on boarding and termination process
Requirements:
* HR experience (payroll, social insurance and law knowledge preferred)
* Tax or legal background
* Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
* Native level Japanese; business English
