日本語・英語流暢レベル～ネイティブレベル必須
6年以上のファイナンシャルアナリストとしての経験要
* Lead all financial activities such as financial planning, monthly closing, variance analysis and reporting
* Become a trusted financial advisor to local business leadership team; provide financial assistance, analysis and support
* Provide financial analysis and modelling for key strategic business cases
* Participate in and lead finance projects
* Communicate with finance stakeholders; provide key financial performance data in a crisp, clear and effective format
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree; business/finance/accounting field is an advantage
* 6+ years' demonstrated work experience in financial analysis and reporting and/or controllership; accounting experience preferred
* Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
* Strong communication, cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in Japanese and English (TOEIC 900+) preferred
