Retail Channel Manager at global IT company
* Plan channel structure as well as define and develop reseller and retail strategy
* Set quarterly partner channel goals
* Manage reseller, distributer, and retail channel mapping and expansion
* Establish monthly account reviews with country manager
* Manage sales cadence planning, driving, and tracking
Requirements:
* Fluency in native Japanese and business level English
* 6-8 years of experience from the mobile industry or FMCG environment market
* Expertise in setting up and enabling a sustainable business strategy, model, and objectives
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to face customers and internal functions
* Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, marketing communications, or business management is preferred
