10年以上の人事総務の実務経験、特に労務に強い方
日英ビジネス上級レベル必須
* Develop the organization and talent to meet corporate goals and position it for continued growth in the future
* Maintain a strong internal HR/GA management system; work closely with the Japan management team and participate in monthly management meetings as a strong business partner, providing sound business advice regarding all HR related issues
* Lead and develop a team by establishing annual goals; hire and train new associates and coach, monitor/appraise individual performance through the use of policy deployment tools and top grading processes
* Develop and implement human resource systems and prepare regular reports/general administration status results
* Communicate regularly with global counterparts such as corporate HR, saving/EHS teams and other counterparts; ensure legal compliance and liaise with the organization's external advisors such as lawyers/tax accountants as required
Requirements:
* 10+ years' proven working experience as HR in a multinational company
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases; demonstrable experience of HR metrics
* In-depth knowledge of Japanese labour law and HR best practices
* Strong command of both English and Japanese
