Regional VP Finance at luxury hotel
* Oversee talent management of all directors of finance
* Manage all financial communication
* Liaise with regional offices on all hotel financial reporting processes
* Perform ad-hoc analysis for hotel operations and finance
* Ensure compliance with hotel management agreements including reporting, audit reports, and other provisions as necessary
* Supervise and coach all directors of finance on all issues pertaining to hotel finance functions
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Familiarity with and/or experience in the hospitality industry
* Experience in the areas of finance, reporting, analysis, accounting
