The candidate selected for this role will demonstrate experience in marketing PR, and be tasked with leading the company's entire marketing/brand PR strategy, supervising a small staff, and making strategic decisions.

PR・マーケティング業務経験必須
* Lead the company's entire marketing/brand PR strategy
* Report proposals, strategies, and plans to the marketing director
* Supervise and grow a staff of 1
* Collaborate with internal multifunctional team to manage and execute marketing PR activities
* Build the strategic partnership with external organizations
* Build the brand CSR strategy
* Develop new ideas and plans from scratch, obtaining commitment from senior management
Requirements:
* PR marketing experience essential; experience in corporate and employee communication a plus
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* The ability to make tough choices when necessary, working closely in some cases with senior management, strategic influencers, or stakeholders during challenging situations
