In the senior role of Brand Director you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a dynamic marketing team to include resource/talent management and career development. Additionally you will ensure that the core cross-functional brand team understands the principles of brand planning.

ブランドディレクター＠外資系医薬品メーカー
5年以上の医薬品業界における経験必須
マーケティング業務経験・ブランドマネジメント経験歓迎
* Ensure the core cross-functional brand team understands the principles of brand planning
* Lead development of one cross-functional brand plan through cross-functional collaboration
* Work with sales teams to provide segmentation and targeting guidance
* Track progress against all KPIs
* Ensure the ad hoc brand team members are call in to the team when appropriate
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience, including experience in the healthcare industry
* Marketing experience at a pharmaceutical company
* Brand launch experience preferred
* A tangible track record in current position
* Business level English and fluent Japanese
* Permission to work in Japan
