A multinational scientific equipment manufacturer is searching for a skilled recruitment professional.Responsibilities:
* Manage full cycle recruitment for business units in Japan; provide a high-touch consultative and highly tailored recruitment strategy and service for all hiring needs
* Design and deliver sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate candidate pools
* Search, identify and network with active and passive job seekers; utilize a variety of channels that are aligned with the company's branding
* Independently handle the employee life-cycle process and employee P-files for the assigned region (pre and on-boarding, contracting, orientation, exit, etc.)
* Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and advise business units on restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, etc. where necessary
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is preferred
* 5+ years' professional experience with at least 3+ years' hands-on experience in recruitment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven track record of results in a corporate environment
* Experience with compensation/payroll operations preferred
