A global technology company is seeking a senior candidate with strong leadership experience to join them as the Regional Business Leader.Responsibilities:
* Participate and feed the regional information, such as voice of customer etc.
* Oversee performance and development of employees, compensation planning, resource review, and other relevant and necessary HR activities in collaboration with the HR function
* Increase employee engagement through townhall meetings, formal and informal communications, and other regional activities as necessary
* Work on sales engagement with the regional Sales Director in order to drive orders/GM AOP
Requirements:
* Degree in management preferred
* Previous expierence and exposure in P&L management in a leadership role
* International exposure or professional experience at a multinational company preferred
* Solid knowledge of software solutions sales coupled with strong communication skills
* Excellent understanding of the P&L management, the key business drivers, and other customer requirements
