The successful candidate for this role must have at least 10 years' strategic sales experience in a B2B sales environment.Responsibilities:
* Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
* Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources
* Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
* Proactively lead joint company-strategic account planning process that fosters mutual performance objectives
* Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
* Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs
Requirements:
* A 4-year college degree from an accredited institution; an MBA or business degree a plus
* A minimum of 10 years' strategic sales experience in a B2B sales environment
* Strong communication and influencing skills with all levels of the organization
* Expertise in fostering a work environment characterized by positive thinking, open communication, and effective teamwork
* Proven success in a sales, marketing and/or field application role
