A multinational media agency is searching for a deeply experienced digital media professional.Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the current ad sales team
* Plan, develop and implement all strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
* Create integrated advertising media programs through consultative client sales
* Understand current trends in the digital media marketplace and foster strong relationships with core advertising agencies and clients
* Coach and identify staff development opportunities
Requirements:
* 10+ years' media sales experience in a sports/digital media environment
* 5+ years' sales staff management with proven leadership capabilities
* In depth knowledge of the digital media industry, online media sales technologies and sales strategies
* Strong prospecting and new business development
* Native level Japanese and fluent English
