A global pharmaceutical company is hiring an HR & TI Lead to develop talent pipelines. He/She must have 7 years HR/OD/TM experience.Responsibilities:
* Develop talent pipelines
* Work and partner directly with OBU (Oncology Business Unit), OD/TM CoE, and JOEC (Japan Oncology Executive Committee) to drive an exciting talent and pipeline growth agenda to support the long term strategic plan
* Get to know key talent across the group of companies
* Develop, leverage, and enhance existing career development processes and tools to impact associate engagement
* Prepare and execute leadership development strategies - leveraging corporate leadership programs and coordinating nominations for such programs
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree
* English and Japanese fluency
* A minimum of 7 years' HR/OD/TM experience, ideally supported by HR generalist experience
* Strong consulting, communication, and relationship building skills
* Strong influencing skills in a matrix organization
