Reporting to the General Manager in Japan and the global CFO in France, you will provide overview of financial forecasts, risk analysis, accounting, and control management, manage a team of six, and perform other related tasks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills as well as 5 years' accounting experience.

A sporting goods company is searching for an experienced professional to join them in the senior role of CFO.Responsibilities:
* Perform end-of-month and fiscal year-end closing
* Manage budgets and reforecasting
* Perform group reporting (profit and loss statement and sales statistics
* Oversee cash management, audit and control process, bank balance, payroll and accounting
* Review accounting policies in accordance with IFRS GAAP (France) and JGAAP
* Handle legal issues together with external lawyers
Requirements:
* A strong business focus
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of internal control, financial forecasting, and Japanese tax
* 5 years' experience as an accounting/finance & administration manager at an international company
* Retail business exposure experience
* English proficiency
