* Understand and adapt to complex client environments and situations
Requirements:
* Master's/MBA preferred
* 15+ years' business experience
* 5+ years' related consulting experience in a professional services firm
* Consistent track record of successfully structuring and leading client engagements to desired results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
