10-14 years of related experience required
* Manage interface control process and timely handling of interface and processing errors
* Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles including the monitoring of processing jobs and reconciliation to bank and GL report
* Manage overpayments and fulfilment processes including claims, repayments, and reporting
* Support payroll activity related to mergers and acquisitions
* Create and use metrics to drive performance, identify trends, and process improvements, as well as, escalate issues as appropriate with proposed solutions
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree in accounting, business, finance or similar with 10-14 years of related experience required
* Previous experience in a payroll operations, accounting, or service centre role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with customers, peers, and vendors
* A sense of urgency in solving customer inquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution, as well as an ability to work effectively under pressure
* Experience developing and improving payroll processes to maximise efficiency and deliver quality services
