外資系医薬品メーカーのHRBPポジション
8年以上のHRBPまたは人事マネージャーの経験必須
* Take lead for all HR related topics
* Partner with materials business leaders in Japan and translate business requirements into HR process and systems
* Deliver key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, workforce planning, etc.
* Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and add value to deliverables
* Demonstrate a partner role model to the business by offering consultation and proactive solutions to accelerate future business and organizational growth
Requirements:
* A university degree (e.g., business administration, psychology, HR) or above
* 8+ years' work experience as an HRBP or HR Manager
* Experience working in a complex, multicultural business environment
* Extensive knowledge of applied HR management processes, programs, and instruments
* Spoken and written Japanese fluency
