【1400万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
An international financial group is searching for an experienced AML compliance professional to join them.
* Participate in building the annual test plan and all aspects of compliance testing reviews in accordance with compliance testing standards and any applicable local regulatory requirements
* Assist with the planning, management, oversight and communication with businesses and global compliance testing for reporting purposes
* Independently review testers' work results and negotiate corrective actions with senior management
* Recognize applicable regulations, key conduct-related risks and associated controls where the company operates businesses
* Represent Japan compliance testing in some regional forums
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' AML compliance, AML regulatory, AML audit or related financial industry experience
* Strong analytical, project management and negotiation skills
* JSDA license (I, II and internal control officer)
* Effective written and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese
