Senior Analyst at global IT company
* Drive integration, consistency, and operational excellence across the finance function
* Set and manage budgets and billing rates in alignment with local business plans and organizational goals
* Perform advanced calculations, analyses, and/or projections
* Advise client teams on engagement budget and forecast management activities
* Support internal financial controls and ensure adherence to policies at the project/engagement level
Requirements:
* Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1) and intermediate English
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
* Ability to handle and analyse budgets
* Strong business acumen
* US CPA, Japanese Accounting (Bookkeeping 2nd Grade) preferred
* A BA in finance, business, or relevant field
* 2+ years' prior relevant work experience
