The ideal candidate will have delivery and technology expertise as well as the ability to understand the value of client relationships. This position will see you leading the company's new customer implementations including managing project plans and resources with partners.

2年以上のITコンサルティング経験必須
ビジネス英語＆ネイティブレベルの日本語要
* Lead company's new customer implementations
* Ensure that plans are in place for each engagement for deployment, change management, and adoption programs
* Clearly communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts
* Apply vertical industry and functional best practices
* Establish and oversee the customer's initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during initial roll out
Requirements:
* Business level English
* Fluent or native level Japanese skills
* A 4-year degree
* Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) implementation
* Enterprise software experience preferred
* 2+ years' consulting experience, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
* 2+ years client facing experience
