Global company seeks HR consultantResponsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of the company's HR management system
* Manage projects for payroll services
* Communicate with clients in Japan (local HR) and overseas (HQ)
* Configure the payroll system
* Develop structure, process, and tools for system implementation
* Resolve issues internally and externally
Requirements:
* Native level Japanese and business level English
* 1-3 years' experience in HR/payroll system implementation and/or HR department application support
* Strong communication skills
* Highly detail-oriented in all aspects of work
* Ability to work effectively with colleagues and partners from diverse backgrounds
