- A leading international public relations firm is in need of a talented financial professional with bilingual English and Japanese skills. As the Finance Manager, you will guide financial processes including reporting and compliance procedures as part of a major global company.

As a bilingual Finance Manager, you will guide financial processes including reporting and compliance procedures as part of a major global company.Responsibilities:
* Partner with account leads on client and vendor contract reviews; negotiate bill rates, pricing and other business terms
* Assist account teams with the preparation of finance related responses to RFI's/RFP's and data collection for client audits
* Develop and maintain relationships with procurement/purchasing contacts where applicable
* Facilitate monthly client billing; approve invoices for compliance with contract and act as a liaison between account staff and billing departments for timely submissions to clients
* Analyse management reports and identify/communicate areas of concern; suggest improvements to management
* Understand and monitor compliance with company financial policies and procedures including Japanese and US GAAP, tax laws, time entry and other business processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong financial analysis and management skills; good business acumen
* Strong understanding of internal controls and business processes
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese
