セールスマネージャー＠外資系電子製品メーカー
自動車メーカーに対する営業活動10年以上要
上級ビジネス～流暢・ネイティブレベルの日本語および英語
* Develop multilevel internal/external contacts to provide customer support for an area of responsibility; service customers in accordance with organizational standards and direction
* Sell existing products and introduce new product and technology concepts to customers; interface with internal and external contacts regarding product specifications, cost/price, timing, etc.
* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities; perform market research as necessary and assist internal engineering groups to develop cost information necessary to determine new product pricing
* Suggest product modifications to ensure that current and future products meet customers' needs; understand all products
* Establish, develop and execute marketing/sales strategies, plans and sales forecasts for the respective area based on current and projected customer orders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in sales or a related field
* 10+ years' diverse managerial experience or equivalent
* Proven, consistent and reliable track record with considerable experience with multiple products, customers and/or project exposure
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate other thought suppot, training, etc.
* Fluency in Japanese and English (both spoken and written)
