A Customer Success Manager role has recently arisen at a global advertising agency.Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for small and medium-sized business customers and agency program partners
* Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
* Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
* Manage a high volume of task execution, financial management, and issue escalation cases
Requirements:
* Japanese and English fluency
* Prior experience with sales or account management teams
* Experience working with small business owners, marketers, and marketing agencies
* A firm grasp of how business works, including sales, consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
* Inbound marketing knowledge preferred
